Free local mortgage leads - We will fund the free mortgage leads out of our packaging allowances, so the mortgage leads will be issued within 14 days of payment to us for the packaging portion of the case. We will endeavour to send you local mortgage leads within the timescale noted above. as to what percentage of the mortgage leads will convert to business - well that's a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string' question. ther are many factors affecting the conversion of the mortgage leads into business;
- How soon you call the clients ( if you leave it hours or days they may have gone elsewere thinking no-one was going to call)
- How good your advisors are on the phone to arrange appointments or take initial details
- Equally are there any mortgage sofr the client eg is it a first time buyer wanting 100% ( we can't sift every mortgage lead )
- What fee (if any) you charge cleraly if you are going to charge a FTB £4,000 then your conversion rate might not be as high as someone charging £1,000 !
so you can see its impossible for us to estimate conversion rates, but we would hope that within say at least 4 cases to us you have won another piece of business. That's an extra £1,000 - £3,000 worth of business for you - how much des your current mortgage packager give you back ?

We are able to accept cases from Directly Authorised companies and from AR's where the network allows you to chosse your own packaging service. We are a mortgage packager based inYorkshire, which means we are centrally placed for those urgent hand carried cases !
The business has been established in the financial services sector for over 8 years and the impressive range of lenders we package for evidences some of our successes over the years. Having first established itself in the mortgage advice arena then natural progression onto mortgage packaging followed several years later once volumes meant we met lenders volume mandates.
One of our key principles is 'speed of service' weheras most mortgage packagers run with a ratio of 30:1 (30 cases per month / per head of staff ) we operate with a 12:1 ratio which means we should be able to turn cases around quickly. See our service standards page for more detials.
